Camilla Werdelin
English Speaking Psychotherapist (MBACP)
I know how overwhelming it can feel to move through a dark or uncertain time. Sometimes what we need most is a steady presence, an anchor to help us feel grounded again. We all encounter these moments in life - and psychotherapy means we don’t have to do it alone.
I offer individual sessions both in person and online. Please click to learn more or get in touch.
Who am I?
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Dansk Psykoterapeutforening (MPF). I have a background in psychology, experience working with young people (16+) and adults, and a variety of mental health conditions such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and personality disorders. I practice an anti-pathologising, trauma-informed approach, so whether you come with a diagnosis or not, we will take our time to explore and understand what your experience is of living in your life, body and world. Psychotherapy provides a safe space to explore and be curious about ourselves, to develop an inner knowledge and awareness of who we are and how we see the world and others.

Therapy in English
I am a UK trained psychotherapist, working online internationally and in person in Copenhagen. This means I am particularly placed to work with Expats, understanding the experience of moving abroad, and students who are needing some support while they study in Copenhagen. I understand how difficult it can be to settle into a new country and culture, perhaps away from family, friends and your typical support system. It can also raise questions around identity, feelings of not belonging, and fears around the future. Big life changes can tap into lots of different parts of ourselves, and a space to explore this, and feel safe, can make a big difference.
