Frequently Asked Questions

What will happen when I first contact you?

When you first get in touch, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can via email to schedule a brief phone call. This phone call usually lasts between 5-15 minutes, where you can ask any questions you want, and if you’re feeling good about it, we will schedule our initial session. If you’d prefer to skip the phone call and schedule our first session via email, that is also possible.

What is your fee?

Each session is charged at £80. The first session is paid for in advance, and after this I invoice on a monthly basis.

Do you work online or face to face?

At the moment I am working online.

Do you work with specific types of clients?

I am a firm believer that therapy is for everyone, regardless of your background, your history, your diagnoses (if you have any), your race, class, age, identity and orientation. Everyone is welcome.

I have particular experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, attachment and developmental trauma, however all of these are fundamentally linked to your relationship with yourself, and this relationship with self is relevant to everyone. No ‘problem’ is too big or small for therapy. If you feel you need help, reach out.

If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to reach out.
